Time for a new entry, as my previous entry was nearly three years old.

I have distanced myself from many things in the last few years. Many of these things I really enjoyed, but life had other plans. I focused considerable time and effort into my career. As as result I have received promotions and am doing well. I have stability, I have job security, and I live alone. Being alone isn't so bad anymore, I have friends and family afterall. Two of the things I left on the shelf for a while have been deviantart and my photography. On top of focusing my attention to work and family, deviantart has grown so much. There is so much talent it is easy to be discouraged. There is so much beauty portrayed here, beauty that I have never been exposed to. Plus, all you have to do to be popluar here is get a beautiful woman to pose. One of my greatest regrets about being distanced from deviantart is leaving sarah-w hanging, she is such a wonderful person and I feel like shit for not responding to her.
